These terms cover the use of this website and the conditions that apply when you book work with Gold Coast Polishing & Ceramic Coating. By submitting an enquiry or booking a job you acknowledge these terms.

Quotes and bookings
Quotes and bookings
Quotes given without seeing the vehicle are indicative and subject to inspection on the day. Paint condition is the main variable and can only be assessed in person under proper lighting.
A deposit is required to secure a booking; the balance is payable on completion.
Bookings changed or cancelled at short notice may affect deposit arrangements — customers should contact the workshop to discuss.
The work
The work
Most coating work is completed in one day; larger or heavily marked vehicles may require longer, and the customer will be told before work begins.
Paint correction removes a controlled amount of clear coat. Where paint is thin, previously resprayed, or damaged, the achievable result will be discussed before proceeding.
Ceramic coating is not scratch-proof or stone-chip-proof, and does not remove the need for regular washing.
Warranty
Warranty
- Manufacturer warranties on eligible packages are provided by the coating manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer's own terms, including maintenance requirements.
- Warranty terms and duration vary by product and package. The applicable terms are provided at the time of the job.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
